Cold Water Co currently ships only within the United Kingdom. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any unexpected delay, you’ll be notified by email.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

• Standard UK Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48H delivery.

Orders placed close to weekends or public holidays may take a little longer to arrive. While delivery times are estimates, every order is shipped via a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an address issue, we’ll be in touch to arrange re-delivery.
