Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy. You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags.
How to return
To return your item:
- Email us at support@coldwatercompany.com to let us know you’d like to return your order.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging (or similar).
- Send it back via Royal Mail(or your preferred method). Please keep your proof of postage.
Return shipping costs
Return postage is paid for by ColdWaterCo.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different size if available - please email us first to arrange this.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at support@coldwatercompany.com and we will cover the return postage.
